BioWell operates under the clinical leadership of Dr GL Vosloo, a South African Sports, Exercise and Lifestyle Physician with postgraduate training in sports and exercise medicine.
Dr Vosloo holds an MBChB (University of Pretoria) cum laude, an MSc in Sports Medicine cum laude, and practises as a Sports, Exercise and Lifestyle Physician and General Practitioner.
He is the owner of a multidisciplinary Sports, Exercise and Lifestyle medical practice and practises alongside a team of allied health professionals.
Dr Vosloo has worked with The Lions, served as match-day doctor for the Springboks, and supported elite athletes including Dricus Du Plessis and Charne Bosman.
Dr Vosloo's clinical experience spans performance medicine, body composition optimisation, rehabilitation, and metabolic health, building a foundation from which BioWell was developed.
BioWell is an evolution of that work: structured assessment, conservative intervention, and defined follow-up, applied to a broader patient population.
